Located in Loveland, Ohio, this family owned farm venture is fun for all- even the pups. Read on to explore their main event, Fall on the Farm.
First and foremost, note that Fall on the Farm tickets (as most of their events through the year) must be purchased online in advance of visiting the farm.
Fall on the Farm runs mid-September through the end of October annually, and it is filled with fun for all ages. The boyfriend and I chose to go the night of Pups, Pints, and Pumpkins, where the dogs were able to tag along for some bark-tacular fun and treats. Dogs are normally allowed at Fall on the Farm on regular days, but this was a special night dedicated to mans best friend.
There are several activities for kids and adults alike. From u-pick pumpkin patches to a five acre corn maze, you're sure to find something fall-themed to enjoy. We took the dogs through the sunflower fields and a pumpkin patch, and stopped by the beer garden for a drink and to catch part of the game on the TVs. The caramel apple cider floats are to die for those not interested in adult beverages like me.
We also stopped by the store for locally made products, produce, and plants for the house. As you can imagine, the blogger/photographer in me loved how many photo ops the farm provided for me and the pups. They had a tractor with pumpkins, mums, and hay-bales ideal for a pup pic, and a beautiful set-up at the front with the Blooms and Berries sign decorated for fall perfectly.
The kids in attendance seemed to also be having the time of their lives in the petting zoo of farm animals, the pumpkin bounce pad, and duck races. Blooms and Berries even offers half-off admission for kids ages 2 to 4 each Tuesday, and half-off admission for grandparents on Thursdays.
Fall on the Farm is only two months out of the year, so if you want to visit in the summer, there's still plenty to offer here for all ages. I can't wait to check out the fresh u-pick strawberry fields next summer!
